If a visual or hearing impairment, or epilepsy makes travelling by train difficult you might qualify for the Disabled Persons Railcard which allows 1/3 off most rail fares throughout Great Britain. The Railcard costs £20 for one year, or £54 for three years.
The eligibility criteria are generally less stringent than that for the concessionary bus pass.
Bus passes are available for free travel for disabled people on journeys starting within Buckinghamshire, and are valid within the county from 9.00am to 11.00pm Monday to Friday and all day at weekends.
