What We Do 

We provide one-to-one guidance and support around employability for a period of 3 to 6 months. You meet with a keyworker every two weeks, on average, and receive support that is tailored to suit your individual needs. This can take the form of support with CV writing, job searching and applications, interviewing practice, accessing training/education and exploring career goals, as well as motivational work around confidence building and self-awareness.  

 We can also provide support with applications for workplace adaptations, as well as help with other life-skills and health and wellbeing solutions that will ensure you take control of your life and move forward in a positive way.  

Who We Can Help 

To take part in the programme, you will need to fulfil the following criteria: 

• Be unemployed or lack opportunities to employment  
• Live in Buckinghamshire (excluding Milton Keynes postcodes) 
• Be over the age of 15
