Buckinghamshire Disability Service (BuDS)

Reach4Work offers people skilled and semi-skilled volunteer work, with every volunteer role crafted to suit each individual.

What We Do

We provide customised work experience within our charity at BuDS, through which you’ll receive on the job training and support to learn new skills. You can gain experience with IT, finance, web design, management, content writing and general office work.

Everything is currently online so you can join without leaving the house! People are encouraged to support each other via Microsoft-Teams or when in the office.

You can access informal mentoring from senior volunteers, trustees and staff. Most members of BuDS have personal experience of disability or long-term conditions and also a wealth of work experience in public, private and third sector.

We can provide informal advice on accessing funding and safety net benefits when other forms of advice are not accessible. Members of BuDS with personal or professional experience can also provide informal mental health support.
